Why Jogging Is Good for You, and HOW It Can Make You Happy

If you feel a little tired, sad and dissatisfied with how you feel or maybe how you find out about it, there may be something missing that can change your entire outlook on life and your self esteem for at least 30 minutes.

Every time I feel a little bit of myself, I go to the beach to run (unfortunately I live near the beach), and within a few minutes I not only feel better, I find that my ideas are open and before I know it, I am in the spirit and running my business and living plans to make a living.

Sometimes you just need a little nudge to trigger what brings a sense of well-being and purpose to life. This article will explore the good factors of jogging and how it can make you happy.

Why is jogging good for you?

Aerobic exercises like jogging will improve your cardiovascular fitness and your body's ability to deliver oxygen to your muscles. It also helps your muscles become more efficient using that oxygen. And in fact, the more you practice, the better you work, and needless to say, this reduces your risk of heart attack.

How Can Running Make You Safe?

As human genetics, for example, has grown to a high threshold for lactic acid over time, it enables our ancestors to pursue the world's most dangerous predators and attack them for food. After ending their prey, they would drag a pound of meat back to the camp for dinner. I'm sure you'll agree, it's an incredible level of fitness that gives thousands in their tribe.

You will be amazed to learn that there is a link to high intensity physical activity at the lactic threshold level, to release endorphins in the brain. Endorphins act as natural remedies that make one more energetic, more awake and, yes, most definitely happier.

Endorphins are usually kicked while running, after training or both, and are often referred to as "high runners."

U.S. National Library of Medicine recently published a shocking article confirming that testosterone levels are lower in endurance in men than in men who do not exercise. The study also says endurance training can damage the male reproductive system.

So basically, if this report is anything to go by, it shows that you are better off sitting on the couch all day and NOT walking if you want to maintain your precious testosterone levels.

Which brings me to the next point, jogging or running for running doesn't bring the fitness results most people want.

I'll summarize this easily and quickly for you.

When you look at the physical distance runner and compare it to 1,000 meter runners, you will notice that the physique varies ... the rider looks muscular and neat, while the distance runner - for lack of a better definition, looks a bit scrawny.

Conclusion: Walking to the lactic threshold for 30 seconds will increase your growth hormone by 530% by only walking 16 minutes a week, and jogging is good for you, and it can make you happy.
