Do you start to see bald spots on your head or last time you did that because your comb or hairbrush had more than a few hairs on it? Is there anything you can do to prevent your hair loss or possibly restore it? That is the focus of this discussion.
The first thing to understand about hair loss is that even during normal functioning of the hair system, about ten percent of your hair is ready to fall / pull out. The problem started when ten percent started to rise. There are many factors at play, perhaps the most obvious are the hormonal changes that occur as we grow older. Other reasons are the over-the-counter medications that are usually given for serious illnesses, such as chemotherapy given for cancer. Depression can also be a catalyst for significant hair loss, situations such as death in the family, possible job loss in an environment where finding a job is difficult, or it may be a family problem such as divorce, or possibly other difficult illness or surgery. Hormone changes that occur as we get older are obvious signs. What is less clear is the hormone imbalance that can occur even in younger adults. This is especially evident in women who take birth control pills or get pregnant or have given birth recently. These hormone imbalances may also occur in men but are usually caused by diseases such as thyroid disease. And yes disease can certainly be the cause of hair loss as well and can actually be one of the first symptoms of an upcoming disease. This does not mean that if you lose your hair you should immediately consider the disease, consider if your hair loss can be traced back to one of the other reasons listed here. This means that if you can't figure it out for one of the reasons listed here from consulting a doctor, it's a good idea. Diabetes and lupus are common diseases that have hair loss as one of their symptoms.
After reading the paragraphs above, it can be clear that some of the causes for hair loss will automatically disappear and hair growth will be restored. Chemotherapy is definitely one of them. Things that cause us serious stress can eventually become less stressful, such as losing a job or loved one and even divorce. Getting through difficult illnesses or surgeries is one of the obvious reasons for missing out automatically and allowing our hair to grow back to normal, this also happens in pregnancy. Other reasons are likely to remain, but not what you think. Diabetes and lupus can be lifelong diseases and such hair loss may remain as a disease itself. If you think that getting older is wrong then you're actually wrong. In this day and age we have a balance of hormones such as human growth hormones that can restore normal hair growth. Thyroid disease is relatively easy to treat with a doctor's prescription. Birth control pills are easy to administer and if needed stop altogether, high-risk sex carries more serious dangers than pregnancy, such as getting STDs and birth control does not help them (which does not address the issue of sexual morality).
What can you do if you are stuck in a permanent hair loss? The truth of the matter is that wigs can easily hide any signs of hair loss. In fact today's technology allows for the perfect match from your scalp that even those closest to you may not even realize that you are wearing a wig, unless of course you choose to reveal this fact to them. There is a shampoo that seems to fill bald head and this is especially the case with certain hair problems where hair is seen. There are a number of topical solutions that demand recovery, but the fact that these statements are often debated and the lack of scientific evidence for this product makes us tired of suggesting them, but this is a relatively new product so perhaps scientific evidence is still to come.
As you consider your condition, you may find that your hair loss is temporary and you will soon enjoy a healthy head full of hair. If your awareness is a frustrating fixed issue then it may be easier to live with this fact once you know how little discomfort it can have on your hair. No need to spend thirty minutes every day to make sure your hair is completely straightened or narrowed down to your day to figure out where you can fit your hair style into your busy lifestyle.
