By increasing your fitness in this way, you will also live longer. According to Dr. Sears, supra-aerobic conditions also cause the body to produce growth hormones. This alone is a key factor in regaining youth.

You can use this technique for any exercise such as walking or cycling, but its benefits are exponentially increasing with Russian kettlebell training. By their very nature, Kettlebell Swing and Turkish Rubber Training are a great form of exercise that stresses the whole body. By adding a supra-aerobic concept to this exercise, you will increase its effectiveness.

A study published in the Internal Medicine Archive shows that men and women who use supra-aerobic methods have:
