Prevent Early Puberty - Eat Green, Live Green Works

Early puberty, have you ever heard of a 7-year-old having a chest problem? Well, according to Pediatric online publications, this is what is happening at alarming rates.

Of course, we can agree that a 7-year-old girl is emotionally unprepared for early puberty and all the changes in it. So how do you, as a mother, help prevent this from happening? The answer is: green eating, green living really works.

First, when you eat green you support a sustainable agricultural system. Organic agriculture does not pollute the environment with toxins. Organic foods are not produced with harsh synthetic chemical pesticides. This means that not only is the environment protected, but food is less prone to pesticides. I'm saying it's not possible because pesticides can travel long distances in the fog to deposit anywhere.

So, organic vegetables can also be contaminated from other sources during transportation. To reduce this risk, make sure you wash even your fruits and vegetables.

Organic food production does not use growth hormones. Growth hormones have been used for decades in animal foods to stimulate growth. The sooner the animal grows, the faster it enters the market. Yes, it's a matter of money.

Food preservatives are another issue as they are chemicals. Some can contribute to hormone changes in all of us, not just our little ones.

Green life begins to play here because of environmental toxins. Existing chemicals are so close to the natural hormones, estrogen, appearance and structure, that the body then blames them for the real thing. Pesticides, petroleum-based products, BPA and BHA are examples such as xenoestrogen.

With these false hormones all around us, early puberty is just one of the expensive side effects we see now and again.

What can you do to prevent premature puberty

1. Buy organic foods when you can. I understand that not everyone can get all of their food organic, so here are some more suggestions.
2. Buy certified foods naturally. This group of farmers uses organic methods, but cannot or will not choose to participate in the NOP National Organic Program.
3. Buy hormone-free meat.
4. Buy pesticides free or raised without the use of chemicals.
5. Buy beef fed. But here, it is also best to be a free pesticide because you do not want cattle to graze on insecticide-sprayed fields.
6. Make sure to wash all your fruits and vegetables. Even your oranges need to be washed because if they have pesticide residues, you move them into the fruit and then eat them.
7. Have kids wash their hands when it comes to playing. Any pesticide residue that lands on their bicycle or ball can be transferred to their hands.
8. Everyone needs to take their outdoor shoes indoors. Keep track of all the insecticides from the day you move around your house.
9. Drinking water should be filtered. The drug can be made through the city cleaning process and is still in the water from your pipe. One of the remaining medicines is birth control medicine.
10. Check your shampoo, fittings and cleaning products for petroleum-based chemicals. Petroleum products contain chemicals that interfere with the body's normal hormone balance. In this way, mineral oil and petroleum jelly are just two examples of common products that have the potential to change hormones.
11. Childhood obesity can also contribute to early puberty. The reason is that fat and estrogen cells have a clear link. The more fat cells are, the more estrogen is produced. And the cycle continues, because the more estrogen the higher the tendency to gain weight.

I do not support that young children should be placed on a strict diet without close medical supervision. This is best handled by the fact that healthy eating is a healthy way of eating. Means no processed food. And no more school lunches.

Seriously, school lunches may also be synonymous with processed foods. Let's say you feed your kid healthy at home, is it really bad that he has a bad meal a day at school? Look this way, no matter what good food you eat your child at home, it fights against chemicals called "food" from school. Always handle toxins, making it difficult to just keep up the business with normal growth.

When you take a smart approach to early puberty prevention with the suggestions above, current research is not the final word for all of our children. It only allows us to take action before the crisis in our home.
