Test Your Test to be the Best!

Bodybuilding or building lean muscles is not an equation that needs to be balanced. Some areas are important to be the champion you want! To be the best, you must take into account every aspect that contributes to your success, not just the surface (e.g. tanning, posing, exercising, stretching, etc.) You need to balance the equation completely to realize this dream!

Balancing equations for many different things:

1.) Know your musculo-skeletal structure and practice what it's like. it's best. for your structure.

2.) Understand your somatype (endo-, meso-, etco-morph) and then, more specifically, your dominant fiber type and exercise accordingly.

3.) Practice progressively and consistently to develop your size and strength.

4.) Use the ideal dietary strategies to promote new tissue growth and maintain a healthy body weight to a minimum.

5.) Enhance nutrition with the right nutrients to address potential deficiencies.

6.) Get enough rest to recover.

7.) And finally, balance your life with emotional and extrinsic things that make you "happy". Abandonment of any of these ingredients can hinder or destroy your chances of meeting your body's sports potential.

In our ongoing promotion and daily work to guide my athletes and help them become champions, I am always looking for new ways to help them improve. Enter Dr. Richard Sollazzo. Although any of the above details show a successful similarity, Sollazzo pointed out to me a very important issue! We all may lose our core material despite all our efforts. That's one thing we all strive to build in big, solid, muscle-building pounds: TESTOSTERONE!

We want! Very simply, increasing testosterone means the ability to recover and, hopefully, build new neck tissue. Those other "body builders" put it in their body and see what happens, BAM! Pounds of Rock are muscular! Not to mention liver damage, kidney damage, decreased testicles, compromised pituitary function, damage to the aortic valve and pulmonary artery, and the list goes on. Not to mention putting foreign substances into the body tells your body that it has less work. That means if you stop, BAM! No more muscle and a lot of testosterone production. Why put foreign testosterone into your system that could potentially hurt you when your body can do it at low risk? (All for the $ 35 trophy for $ 60 if you win the trophy at a bigger base. Drugs make you do weird things, right? But that's not the point!)

Our bodies will produce everything on our own provided we give our body what it takes to produce this amazing compound. Now, as we age or, depending on what we do to our bodies, our body's ability to produce testosterone decreases as well as our ability to produce IGF-1 (insulin like growth factor), DHEA, and (drum roll please), Growth Hormone ! Our bodies do all these things on their own. What will help? TO KNOW! After 30 years, the body's ability to produce testosterone and its related compounds begins to DO. This means that the challenge to your body's ability to build new and thicker tissues increases. So in my conversation with Dr. Sollazzo, I stated, "Think of all the ads you see telling you how bad you need their product if you are still a 'widower'. 'As you probably know, how do you know WHAT you need? "Dr. Sollazzo replied," Well, the best way is to take the test. "

Testing is your blood analysis that tells us what your body produces and what doesn't. Hormone abnormalities begin to develop with age and appear as muscle weakness, fatigue, loss of libido, and decreased appetite and productivity. BUT, adding these exogenous ingredients can only increase the problem of ENHANCING estrogen in the body and not improve the test. DHEA and DAY are steps along the Cholesterol conversion path to Testosterone and have nothing to do with the actual conversion mechanism.

And if you also ruin the idea that androstenedione will increase your testosterone, think again. You can take prohibited ingredients like DHEA and DAY & # 39; until the cows come home, and still can't make your body anabolic. If your body does not require extra DHEA or DAY, you will waste your money.
