Squats - The Miracle Exercise!

It's no secret that squats are the king of training. From experts to beginners alike the benefits are unlimited. As we delve deeper into the benefits of squats I hope the importance of incorporating these exercises into your routine becomes clear. While it may be true that no exercise is scarier, it is true that no single exercise has more full body effects.

While squats are great for solving quads it doesn't end there. As previously mentioned, the "full body" effect also targets glutes, lower back, back thighs, abdominal and calf muscles. Research also shows that because squats comprise many muscle groups, they can have anabolic effect (build muscle) on your body, releasing extra testosterone / growth hormone. Squats can also help build bone and tendon strength. The importance and impact of these exercises can and will be seen immediately and impactfully in your later years. Strong bone formation, strengthening muscles will help fight osteoporosis and forever impact your daily life.

Steps:

1. Push the barbell on the top of your back.

2. Bend the bar on the double shoulder evenly from the center of the bar.

3. The feet should be about shoulder width apart from your feet and knees facing forward but slightly outward.

4. Begin with the fashionable bending arm forward while allowing your hips to bend behind you, Lowering until your knees are fully bent

5. Raise your knees and hips until your feet are straight.

6. Repeat
