Ladies and gentlemen if you see an ad that says you can lose weight counting calories, then I would recommend that you ignore it! This is a lie. Everyone has a different metabolism so counting calories actually won't make much of a difference.
I have a nephew who can eat 5000 calories a day and he's as lean as a train. I only eat soups and salads and fruits and vegetables and I gain weight. Eating more calories is all I need! Yes, you read it right. After taking the simple test of just breathing in this machine, I discovered that I was eating too little calories to keep my body healthy. I think they call it survival mode.
This simple test costs about thirty-five dollars and helps a lot. Everyone has different metabolism, so you need to know how many calories your body is burning. Then adjust your diet accordingly. What works for some people may not be for everyone.
Start by drinking at least half your weight in water a day. If you are 120lbs than you need to drink 60oz of water daily. Just cutting out carbonated drinks and sugar for two weeks will help you lose at least 5 pounds. Try and see. You'll feel better too.
The only way you can lose weight counting calories is if you only need 1500 calories and you eat 5000 of them you need to reduce your intake, but also what you eat is important.
Dismiss or Avoid This:
sugar and sugar (use Stevia instead)
white flour: this clogs your intestines.
wheat flour especially if you are over fifty: you may have gluten allergies that you do not know.
dairy: if you need to have something from using organic products.
Meat: Give your digestive system a rest and they contain so much growth hormone.
bananas and mangoes: these two produce mucus that can penetrate the heart.
fried or spicy foods:
Try this for two weeks and see how you feel and feel.
