Professor Jane Plant has a PhD in geochemistry. When he got breast cancer for fifth time, he decided, "I had no choice but to die or try to find a cure for myself. I am a scientist - surely there is a rational explanation for this cruel disease affecting one in 12 women in the UK?"
Her husband's return from a trip to China prompted her to examine why breast cancer rates were so low in China and she concluded that it was due to a lack of use in dairy products. This caused her to completely eliminate all dairy products from her diet, which, along with diet changes and meditation caused her tumors to completely disappear. As he wrote in his book, "Your Life In Your Hands":
"I now believe that the relationship between breast cancer and breast cancer is similar to the relationship between smoking and lung cancer. I believe in identifying the relationship between breast cancer and breast cancer, and then developing a diet specifically targeted at maintaining my breast and hormones, cure me. "
If you read Professor Jane Plant's book "Your Life in Your Hands", it clearly proves that she is a very sincere person and has been motivated by the right concern to share her healing with others. Personally, I have no doubt that eliminating pasteurized dairy products is the key to its healing.
But here's the main problem: You'll notice I say, "pasteurized" dairy products. It is indeed used by most of the western world. It's a very important distinction to bear in mind that many doctors and scientists feel that it is not RAW milk that causes this kind of problem, but PASTEURIZED milk.
Breastmilk, whether from a cow or a human, is a living food, full of immune system ingredients, enzymes to aid digestion, and good bacteria (if cows are healthy, grass-fed animals). And once you heat the milk (whether it be from a cow, a goat, or a human), it is a product that is considered to be very difficult to digest and many of the nutrients cannot be absorbed.
Breastfeeding mothers who pump milk for babies when they are not around, are told not to heat their mother's milk, but instead place bottles in warm water bowls to slowly raise the temperature. If you have breastfeeding, you are told to throw it away and not give it to your baby. This is because warming breast milk outside of body temperature kills living enzymes, good bacteria, and protein denaturates and other factors in milk. It is then considered to be a toxic substance that can harm the baby.
So, if this is the case with breast milk when it is heated, why should cow's milk be different? Not.
In addition, cow milk homogenization is another malignant process that alters fat and produces substances that many scientists feel are arteries and are the leading cause of heart disease.
Likewise, like most of our food supplies, you have a motive driven by the benefits of lowering the nutritional value of our food. In order to have healthy raw milk, cows need to roam freely in the prairie, outdoors in fresh air and sunlight. They need to eat fresh grass, not cereals or hay, the fields should be free of pesticides and fertilizers and the cows should be free of any growth hormones or antibiotics. Just like humans, 'everything runs through mother's milk.'
Now that milk production methods (and distribution since milk paste has been on the shelves for longer) do you think it's cheaper for the dairy industry? Do they make more money if you drink pasteurized or raw milk? Follow the money and the truth will appear.
One cannot help but hope that Professor Plant has gone further in the examination of diet and health. Maybe it will lead him to a very important difference between raw dairy products and pasteurized. Take, for example, the Kenyan Kenyan tribe - people who are very strong, tall, healthy and their diet is mostly raw cow's milk and cow's blood.
Dr. Weston A. Price (a well-known dentist in the 1950s and author of "Physical Nutrition and Refining") studies a village in the Swiss Alps, whose main food source is rye, cheese, and refined milk products. They are very healthy with less than 1% tooth extraction and no major illness. But then again, all of their dairy products come from raw, often raw, milk. Traditional dietary supplements add the necessary enzymes and good bacteria for digestion and whole body health.
The store-bought yogurt - although it is organic - is not properly consumed, and the bacterial strain is not strong enough to benefit (if any). Also, milk paste, not raw.
Humans have been consuming dairy products (made from raw milk) for thousands of years. There are also stories of how warriors like Genghis Khan took probiotic starter culture with them as they went to war because they knew how important raw milk was to their health and their military strength.
Indeed, if Professor Plant looked to the Nepal border, he would find that the main food of Nepalese (and Tibetan) food is raw and raw milk. And both groups are known for their health and longevity.
So yes, get rid of all your pasteurized dairy products and never eat / drink again. In this regard, I have full agreement with Dr. Jane Plant and I believe they are the leading cause of breast cancer and many other diseases. But don't overlook the healing benefits of raw dairy products - which have historically and in many cultures proved beneficial to human health.
