Let me start by saying that I was considered the youngest in my childhood and my height seemed to peak at about 16 or 17 and my height ended at about 5 feet 7 inches high when I was 20 years old. I'm really unhappy about my height and willing to do something to be as high as inches if possible. In general I would say stay away from workouts that involve heavy lifting and stretching your limbs, even though people have reported success with it. Exercise 1:

One of the best exercises you can do to help increase your height starts with you lying on the floor facing the ceiling. The best idea here is to see a spot on the ceiling and focus on it, while your body rests comfortably, straight out on the floor. Exercise 2:

Another most effective stretching exercise is to increase your height by having you lie on your stomach, and then you want to put your palms on the floor near your hips. Do not stretch too much and relax later, then repeat.

Exercise 3:

Another easy exercise to help increase your height starts with you standing behind a chair. Hold the back of the chair and then pull your right foot backwards. Make sure your spine is as straight as you can and then stretch as much as possible without pushing too far of course. Return to the rest position and repeat the exercise with the other foot. You can return to the first leg and repeat several times.

Stretching exercises to increase height, if done correctly and periodically, will increase your height and provide a better overall posture. You will stand tall and feel better and this is a definite stretch exercise you want to include in your existing routine for the rest of your life.

2. Eat the right foods

To grow naturally, your body needs more protein, vitamins and minerals than carbohydrates and fats. Proteins are made up of one or more amino acid chains. They are the basic components of all living cells and include many substances, such as enzymes, growth hormones, and antibodies needed for proper functioning of the organism. They are important in animal nutrition for tissue growth and repair and thus you need to consume large amounts of protein if you want to grow higher.

The best types of foods for complete proteins (which contain the most appropriate amino acid distribution for growth hormone) are fish, eggs, milk, and legumes. These foods contain most of the 20 amino acids, including 8 essential amino acids that your body does not synthesize. Therefore, replace rice, bread, and hamburgers with fish, eggs, and skim milk.
