Your outward appearance has little to do with almost every part of your life. Even someone will decide if they like you in less than 30 seconds. So they end up using things like clothing, speech, skin, hair and other delicate things to make this disagreement. Unfortunately this is all the time we have in the many opportunities that come to us, be it financial or relationship opportunities. Therefore, your skin plays an important role in this process and it's one of those things that we have little control over, or so you think. There are 10 things you can do to drastically improve the appearance of your skin and give your baby a 10 month old or at least better than what you are now.
10. Nutrition-rich nutrition. We'll start with the "duh" thing first. Eat healthy foods, avoid sugars and high in saturated fat and yeast products. Take out easy carbohydrates and take whole wheat products. Avoiding tobacco and alcohol is very important. If you smoke, you can also skip the things mentioned here. This is the worst thing you can do for your skin. This of course includes avoiding drugs as well.
9. The phrase "beauty sleep" is actually 100% correct. You need 8 hours of sleep every night and EVERY night, no exceptions. There's not much else to say here, just skip the late night TV show and get some sleep.
8. Drink plenty of water. Almost all of the methods mentioned here are aimed at creating a smoother skin. This is obviously difficult to do if you do not get enough water. The medical community recommends that women should drink 9 glasses of water a day, and men should drink 13 glasses of water daily. We say the minimum is 8 glasses of some type of liquid daily.
7. Reduce pressure. This is one of the easier said than done. However, when you know that in the next few days you have an important engagement, then try to avoid stressful situations like slowing down as you drive; wait to contact your bank about the overdraft until after the engagement; try to resolve the arguments you have with others that are important to you in a stress-free way, and more. You can also do things to reduce stress like massage, aromatic therapeutic tea and bath and I'm sure you have your own way.
6. Sunscreen. This one is really easy to do but so many people don't. Sunlight or ultraviolet (UV) rays completely destroy your skin to bring sun protection with you wherever you go; not just to the beach. Pretty much any time you are outdoors for more than 30 minutes, including hiking, camping, fishing, etc., and so on and so on.
5. Lotion, Lotion, Lotion. Bath lotion; use it after the shower. Milk Bathroom; this one goes into the bathroom. Body lotions; this is for your body when your skin feels a little dry. Hand lotion; just like body lotion except this one is just for the hands. Look for lotions that have AHA in them as they are a wonderful healing agent, especially if you have sun damaged skin.
4. SK-II. This little known product, with whom we have close relationships, is amazing in its ability to restore youth. Simply put it uses the same ingredients used to make Japanese alcoholic drinks, sake. Try it for yourself and you may find, as we do, a new favorite among skin lotions.
3. HGH. For those over the age of 30, one of the best things you can do to improve your skin is HGH supplements. Human growth hormones are naturally produced by your body and for some unknown reason your body is less and less of this hormone as you get older. There is a lot of research done on HGH and most, if not all, results show that HGH therapy restores many of the functions we had when we were younger. We have not seen anyone who has taken HGH and have not noticed a noticeable difference in their skin quality. We also recommend that if you choose to take HGH from using invasive products such as shots, you use carefully studied natural methods, such as pills or sprays to restore HGH production.
2. Crazy mix. There are many things you can find. Some of the best include 1) Mix oats with honey, yogurt, and ground almonds then apply to the skin for 20 minutes daily. 2) Mix one pumpkin with egg yolk and milk then apply on the skin for 20 minutes. 3) Mix milk and honey and apply it on the skin for 20 minutes. There are many recipes out there and they all claim that their methods are the best. We love the results we get with all three. This is an experiment where you should try all three or more (as you find more), and see which one gives you the best results.
1. Crazy herb. We believe that herbs are the best thing you can do to make your skin look great. Mix this herb with milk or honey and apply for 20 minutes daily. Don't mix everything together at first. First try one and see how your skin reacts. The next day try again. Day 3 tried to mix it with the previous one. On day 4 try the third ingredient. 5 trying to mix it all up; and so on until you get a mix that produces the incredible skin you've always wanted. In our opinion the best skin herbs are Turmeric, Tea Tree Oil, Sandalwood, Neem, Rose Oil (or Rose Water), Basil, Saffron, Coconut Oil, Mint, and Betle Leaf.
