Meditation Music - The Fast Free Fall Into Theta and Deep Meditation

For the longest time I couldn't meditate because I thought it meant clearing my mind. But meditation is to divert brain waves' state. Emancipation only occurs when meditation is done correctly. When we hear all the benefits of meditation, such as healing, relieving pain, learning deeply, accessing areas of consciousness and so on, the effect is in the frequency of different brain waves or conditions. It's like expecting to get wet if you get out in the rain, or expect sunburn when it's sunny. Meditation is a way of moving to different brain waves.

Brain waves are like car gears and meditation is like transmission (the part holding the gear). Not knowing about brain waves and trying to meditate is like trying to drive a manual car without understanding the gear. You can find it by guessing it all the way, but it certainly won't be your idea for a comfortable trip. Experience is the difference between night and day between someone who understands them and someone who does not. So does meditation.

There are several brainwaves that we operate on but the four best known are BETA, ALPHA, THETA, and DELTA in a certain order. To match it with the car again, it's the first, second, third, and fourth gear. Moving from one to the next can occur in meditation. This "transition" is known as BRAIN DEVELOPMENT. There are many techniques that can be used to manually move through these situations, but this article is about the use of binaural meditation music. Binaural rhythm music is one of the most effective, one of the fastest ways to safely recover brain waves.

Binaural pressure is a term that refers to two different beats, one for each ear. The brain makes a difference. So if you have 850hz frequency playing in your left ear, and 870hz playing in your right ear, your brain will make a 20hz difference. Slowly, the frequency is brought closer to reaching the desired state of the brain wave. All music with binaural sound MUST be heard with stereo headphones. The speakers will not do the work because the frequency will not be isolated for each ear. Frequency is often in the background of some soothing music. They don't need to be taken by your conscious level - your brain will take it.

Another tip is to keep your eyes closed during the meditation process. Lights and colors have different frequencies that usually make it harder to slow down the brain.

Not all meditation music has a binaural pulse in it. This will work slower, with the exception of isochronic tones, but if your music is soothing, it can be used. The most effective way to change the frequency of radio / state waves with music is to first adjust your current situation, as much as possible. This will be a BETA situation in most cases. Here's a brief overview of brain waves.

Beta (12hz-40hz) is our everyday state of mind. It is what we operate on most days and is not conducive to deep learning or relaxation. Just imagine driving all day in the first gear. Your engine will scream but you can't move. That's what we do with our bodies.

The next condition is the frequency of the Alpha brain waves (8hz-12hz). This setting is great for focusing and printing deeply on the mind. Alpha condition is associated with deep relaxation and is the beginning of access to the subconscious. Information can be entered 100 times faster and more effectively in alpha than in beta. It is your condition when you sit down to read a book, and all your relaxed and undivided attention is on the book.

Theta (4hz-8hz) is a wonderful condition and ideal for meditation. This is a condition where REM (rapid eye movement) or dream sleep occurs. In theta and delta states, your Reticular Activation System is inactive. In both Theta and Delta states, information can be entered 1,000 times faster than beta. Potential behavioral changes occur in theta. The effect on the subconscious is unlimited. Changes in genetic patterns can be affected by theta conditions, as well as physical healing. High access to the field of consciousness (quantum field) is possible.

Delta (0.1hz-4hz) is a very deep state, and is usually only achieved when sleeping without a deep dream. It covers everything in theta and more. Very high access to the quantum field is in the delta brain wave. HGH (human growth hormone) is released at low delta frequency. The pain is gone. Extreme sense of unity is achieved.
