How to Burn Off Fat (Especially Chest Fat) in 12 Minutes Or Less So You Lose Your Man Boobs

Can you burn more fat in 12 minutes then do 60 minutes of aerobics? Can you lose your male breasts quickly this way? Should you use gynecomastia supplements and do they work? Read this article now for answers to these questions and more!

* Interval training mimics life and more endurance training. Have you ever been carrying a heavy box for a slow time for about 60 minutes? No way! You have to pick up the heavy box quickly ... change the tire ... catch the boy down and scream at him to run down the street. Everything you do in your daily life is anaerobic instead of aerobic. So Interval training works better

* Sprinting increases testosterone while aerobically decreasing it. Although not a well-designed study, Journal of Sports Sciences, Vol. 23, Issue 2, February 2005, p. 187-188 (no abstract). Here they compared testosterone levels among different groups of men: Sprint Trained - 9.11 (ng / l), Endurance Trained - 7.05 (ng / l) and Sedentary - 8.19 (ng / l) showed no cause-and-effect. In other words, it may be that men with low testosterone choose themselves to be endurance running, and men with high testosterone themselves opt into walking. However, these data strongly suggest that sprint training can increase testosterone in men. But logic plays a role here, as we know that staying in the gym longer than 45-60 minutes above the T level, makes sense that stable and long-lasting aerobics will do the same.

* Sprinting Increases Human Growth Hormone: In a new study, researchers compared growth hormone levels in several ways - relaxing, after a 6-second sprint, and after 30 second-cycle shots. The 6fold method has transferred some HGH, but does not close the body's ability to release this powerful hormone. The 30-second trial of all trials increased HGH by 530% over resting baseline and 450% at lower intensity sprint. (A summary of this study can be found at the National Institutes of Health.)

Interval training is the key to fast weight loss
In addition to being good for your health, Interval training burns more fat than aerobics as well.

In fact, the Tabata protocol mentioned by Japanese scientists found that people following the tabata protocol burned 9 TIMES MORE FAT from a group that was running for an hour a day. And your metabolism stays up and burns more fat up to 48 hours after the Tabata protocol.

So, if you want to burn more body fat each time you exercise, you should do interval training instead of slowing down aerobic conditions.

Here's an easy interval program to burn more chest fat
1. Choose exercises such as paddling on a rowing machine or running outside or on a treadmill, jumping ropes, biking, and so on.

2. You will work out for 12 minutes, this is an easy interval program to get started.

3. Heat for 2 minutes later ...

4. Do your best for 30 seconds of your workout (let alone use sprinting for this example) ...

5. Then do 2 minutes of recovery exercises (light jog for this example) ...

6. Then 30 sec hard ... 2 min. recovery ... 30 seconds hard ... 2 minutes recovery ... 30 seconds hard ... 2 minutes recovery

7. You're done! You will be able to:

2 minutes warming up 8 rounds:

30 seconds
2 mins easy
30 seconds
2 mins easy
30 seconds
2 mins easy
30 seconds
2 mins easy

And you will burn more fat and do more for your health than with 60 minutes of aerobic exercise, and you will continue to burn fat for fuel for the next 24 hours!

If this interval is too difficult, you can adjust it so you don't run out of time and rest ... just 12 minutes. time frame and adjust to your fitness level ... and finally try to work your way up to 1 minute hard X 1 min easy (when you can do this, you'll be in BIG shape!)

Finally, you want to do this exercise 2-3 times a week.
