Super Health Secrets - How to Quickly and Easily Rejuvenate a Beat Up Old Body

This article is the answer to this great question I have - what would I do if I spontaneously turned into an obese, eating snack, smoking chain, 50-year-old heart attacker? How can I recover the body as soon as possible?

This is a fun challenge! Assuming I can't clear back from there I will put together a program to rejuvenate it in 6 areas and plan on doing three months of work.

It may look better in a few weeks but it can take some time to repair the damage level, especially in tissues that are not delivered immediately.

The body was probably dry from all the lumps and bad food so I started there. Obesity often mixes with an overly acidic and dehydrating system so I started off with a juice party. Not a fast, a party.

That is - for a short start I will use a few liters of complex green juice daily, made with good juicer. I will focus on dark leafy vegetables like kale and spinach, anti-oxidant rich berries, and herbs like celery and cucumber.

The general concept - make vegetables, vegetables and fruits low in sugar and make lots.

Start with one or two first things in the morning and do more. After a few seconds of refining, refining and cleansing my body, I would change it to a day or two a week and increase the amount of solid food to support proper training.

I would assume that the body was in bad shape and could not handle the intense training until I started recovering from a good quality rebounder doing 3-5 minutes per session several times a day, preferably out in the fresh air while listening to favorite body music, and working up to 45-60 minutes a day. These two things alone will make a huge difference.

Extra. I will add good quality Vitamin C along with the use of mushrooms (see below). Vitamin C will help speed up the digestive system, improve cell walls and increase MSM there.

Herbs. This dude needs a herbal program. I will start with the tonic of 'the three treasures'. - Ho Shu Wu (also known as Fo Ti), Cordyceps and Reishi. I might as well add garlic and drink Gynostemna. Tinctures can drink hot drinks and will act faster but for a shorter time, the powder can run in smoothies or even used as a cooking ingredient in soups.

Once the system has improved, I will have a good strength training program to regain my muscle mass and increase Testosterone and Human Growth Hormone (HGH) levels.

In terms of program, the biggest return or investment will be short, to the point strength training routine. Something like a short, tight 7-10 minute density program, done 5 days a week would be quick and effective and leave time in your training program to do some other things, like recovery and walking that would be easier on the joints for this dude.

OK, that's a good start. Now I start with mind programming - you don't get into bad situations without 'internal games'. it is horrific that we need to explain its goals, objectives and directions so that there is a good reason to be and stay healthy.

Self-hypnosis also helps with the process of rejuvenation and may have the body learning so that it has easy access to the mental state without the need for external hypnosis audio.

Then to put aside the thought I would teach the body EFT or the same meridian therapy and systematically recover all negative beliefs about itself, health, longevity and vitality and the new IN program to accept it.

This will also help with many physical foods or nicotine deficiencies until they work on their own.
