Hardgainer Project X - 7 Reasons Your Hardgainer Genetics Suck!

Reason # 1 "Your Fast Metabolism"

This is often seen as the reason why one cannot lose weight, or in your case, gain it. How many times do YOU have to tell people "I can't gain weight I can eat everything I want but I just have a FAST METABOLISM!" According to Hardgainer Project X, that reason has some truth to it.

Reason # 2: "Catabolic Hormone Dominance"

Our hormones play a huge role in our daily body function and there are some that can HELP us to build muscle (called "Anabolic" hormones) ... and some hormones that make it harder to gain muscle (known as "Catabolic" hormones). You are more likely to recognize anabolic hormones, such as testosterone and growth hormones. Unfortunately you are a hard worker with high levels of catabolic hormones which is why you have a hard time not only building muscle ... but also holding on to whatever weight loss you have achieved! The Hardgainer X project recognizes this and implements solutions through a specific nutritional cycle.

Reason # 3 "Poor Neuromuscular Communication"

Each time you make a movement, you send a message through your central nervous system to your muscles telling them to do what you want them to do. The Louder message, the more muscles your body will pack. The problem is for a loud protester that the message is more like a whisper.

Reason # 4: "Type 1 Fiber Dominant Fiber"

This means that you DO NOT need faster / longer type 2 fiber to build and stimulate growth and growth hormone. The ratio of type 1 muscle fibers to type 2 muscle fibers is unbalanced.

Reason # 5 "Reducing Muscle Protein Synthesis"

You can take all the protein you want, but to actually use it for repair and growth, it needs to be synthesized, or bound to muscle cells. Unfortunately, voluntary metabolism does not process proteins very efficiently and many of them are not used by the muscles and get fins out of your system. Jeff Anderson X's Hardgainer project solved this problem.

Reason # 6 "Reduced Potential of Recovery"

During the day your body tries to be "catabolic", regulated by cortisol and adrenaline, at night your body shifts to a more anabolic state with a natural increase in testosterone and growth hormone. Unfortunately, hard movers, like yourself, have a difficult time building muscle during sleep due to increased nutrient demand.

Reason # 7 "Educational System"

We cannot maintain long term either acidic or highly alkaline environments and unfortunately ectomorphs (hardgainers) seem to have a higher probability of being systemically more acidic than other types of bodies. Acid in the body will eat the muscles and prevent you from seeing the results you want to see.
