Limitations are when your body starts to grow and when your hormones start flying. One of the things that happens during puberty is that you get taller, some people find that they are shorter than others after puberty and after this period nothing grows. Dieting

Your diet will play an important role in your growth during puberty. The foods you need to start eating more are high in protein, calcium, amino acids and calories. This way you give your body the fuel and nutrients it needs to start your growth especially when you use exercise to help you grow.

Exercise

There are exercises you can do to help you increase your height through puberty. Most sports may produce human growth hormone (HGH) which is a hormone that helps you grow. Since you're still in puberty you should still be sporty and if not then take this as an opportunity to get taller and healthier.

Sleep

Sleep is very important throughout your life (you spend a third of your life in bed) so you need to make sure you get plenty of good sleep and that the training you do is not too hard. This not only means a good 8-10 hours (increasing HGH release) but also your posture as it can help you adjust your posture to get higher as well.
