The next tip is to get enough rest. Of course this is very important when you start exercising. Why is rest important? When you are sleeping your body releases HGH. It helps your body recover from the previous day's workouts. The only way your body can progress is because of the rest you have. Try your best to get a minimum of 7-8 hours of sleep per night.

The next step is to get regular exercise routines. If you're just starting out, don't worry about taking it slow. You do not want to hurt yourself and you do not want to do so until you are overwhelmed. This is why I recommend you start working 10 minutes a day. It doesn't need anything tight either. You can start by biking or walking around the block.

The next tip is to keep a journal of your progress. At first this may be a bit boring but it's actually a lot of fun when you have a few weeks to see your progress. I love writing things like how long I practice and what kind of training I do. I also write how I feel about training.

Make sure you plan something to get the best results. Getting a good body takes dedication and it also takes some extra time. Here's why you plan your workout routine for the week. Plan it so you know what you're doing. If you have a road map, it will be easier to follow.

The next thing you need to do is drink 4 glasses of water a day. You don't have to make any extra effort to burn the water. Just make sure you drink water with the food you eat. You will find that nothing will give you more energy than a glass of cold water. Not only that, it cures any appetite your body may have.
