Getting enough sleep is a major contributor to physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Due to insufficient sleep, people in the southern Dallas area and eventually everywhere need to get enough sleep. A man who was driving from California to Texas endlessly found his body shaking for the last three hours to Dallas. A mother was expecting to be in a car accident on the highway as she fell asleep at the wheel with two other children in the back seat. And another young woman felt her body almost shut down as she drove home from work and had to blow air conditioning to keep herself awake. In fact, according to the Sleep School of Sleep in the 2005 2005 Poll, "four percent - about eleven million people admit that they have an accident or accident because they are asleep or too tired to drive."
This fatigue is due to insufficient amount of sleep that burdens the body from the necessary processes that must undergo to maintain its overall well-being. During the first thirty minutes of sleep, the brain moves the body to the first and second stages of preparation. They provide the body to get a good night's rest by relaxing the muscles and slowing brain waves and eye movements. Stage three is deep sleep, which means that it's harder to get up. Stage four is REM or rapid eye movement sleep in which temporary paralysis occurs to ensure that the body is at rest because it is a state of sleep recovery. The tissues repair themselves, the growth hormone is released, thus increasing the size of the muscles and the immune system. Moreover, sleep during this stage consumes cells by the products and toxins of the cells that make us drowsy.
We don't want our bodies to fall asleep and have to suffer from illness. We want to be the healthiest, execute efficiently and ultimately succeed at all levels. The levels in the cycle are one, two, three, two, four, and two. Then the whole cycle repeats the order and it repeats four times each night. Therefore, it is important to go to bed early for this cycle to occur to properly clean and heal the body.
Also, when children and adults alike get enough sleep, their performance throughout the day is much better than if they were not getting enough sleep. Teachers often watch students sleep in class. And when asked how many times the child slept, the answer was about nine or ten hours. However, when children can sleep at seven or three or eight hours, they do not sleep in class. And it's the same with adults. When we sleep for a while, we get a little damp all day. When we go to bed early, we do well at work.
We have to be strong and kill people last night to show that we really like it. Self-esteem is more important. Let us embrace the healing effects of sleep - it's a recipe for our success.
