Can I Increase My Height After Puberty? The Answer is Yes!

Not everyone will admit it, but the height of the individual plays a huge role in determining his or her confidence. For those who are shorter, they may have gone through various programs or even taken supplements that claim to help increase their height. Their goal is simple - to add a few inches to improve their position. They always ask one question: "How can I increase my height after puberty?"

For anyone looking to grow taller, there are a few things you need to know. Human growth hormone (HGH), the hormone that causes human growth, is produced throughout our lives. The main reason for the growth of spurts during puberty is because these HGHs are produced in larger quantities than usual, and the chemical imbalance causes our bodies to grow higher and grow faster. If you've ever seen a teenager who has an unexplained acne problem, it's because of the chemical imbalance in her body. The human body takes time to adjust to the amount of HGH it produces, and it will take some time before adolescents grow into young adults.

Growth spurt times for men and women vary, but they usually last for several years. During this development, both men and women will experience sudden increases in height, and it is not uncommon to find friends who are rising a few inches higher only during short breaks. When this growth ends, the rate of growth slows until it finally stops, and the maximum height is reached.

However, the idea that when your maximum height is reached, you cannot get higher, not completely true. There are certain things you can do to gradually grow higher, though not overnight. It's not easy, but for the disciplined at heart, it's just a matter of time. Here are some ways I can improve my height naturally, so you can apply it right away.

Swim
Swimming is the only exercise in which the pull of gravity on your body is rejected. Every day when you wake up, you will measure slightly higher than the previous night. Go ahead and measure yourself if you don't believe me. The reason for this is simple - Gravity pulls us down all day, and when we lie down and sleep at night, our bodies are resting and gravity is not compressing our spine. This principle works when you swim.

In the pool, the gravitational pull on your body is almost gone. The ideal stroke you need to perform is your chest, where your arms stretch us and your legs out in the opposite direction. This causes your body to stretch, and regular swimming will make your body significantly longer. Just look at Michael Phelps.

Stretching exercises
Stretching can also make you taller. An easy exercise is to just hang in the bar. Another is to get a inverter. Both deny the effect of gravity on your body, although the inverter is more effective because you often can't hang around for too long. These rules have proven that people get taller by a few inches over time. I was successful with this method and significantly increased my height.
