Building Body Mass - 2 Unique Tips to Make Your Shirts Pop at the Seams

Do you have a really hard time building body mass? Do you sweat blood at the gym and believe that the only men who get real are juicers? Maybe you're also considering using it for a while now?

I can fully identify with that. I am so sick of how hard I work and don't see many wise results. I made some OK strength gains but I was hardly bigger than when I started. Sound familiar? Well we might share the same mistake.

The typical routine of having us at the gym works hard all the time. But the problem is that we don't give our muscles and bodies enough time to rest. These tips will not turn you into an overnight bully, but they will adjust your routine so that you do the right thing to promote growth.

1.] Stop exercising so much!
Like I said, we're in the gym so we never get a chance to recover. Our bodies are consuming and we burn a lot of calories with all those extra days at the gym. In other words, our muscles have never had the opportunity to grow or become so strong as they always work. Try to keep it up to three days a week lifting weights to build body mass.

2.] Stop glamorous muscle work!
You know what I'm talking about. Sure your arm looks good in a t-shirt, but how much can you bend? To make the biggest gains in strength, you need to focus more on your larger muscles and use compound movements such as squatting and lifting as much as possible. Plus doing this lift releases a flood of testosterone and growth hormones that make muscles grow easier.

As a bonus tip, I'm leaving you with this. Always make sure you get enough rest and get enough calories. I read a lot of men's magazines and they all have this underlying statement when I read "If you don't work hard and lose weight all the time, you are a smart person and you will never grow up!"

But the muscles aren't made in the gym. They are made while you are sleeping and recovering. Lifting puts an incredible toll on our body and nervous system and not only is it recommended that you have a lot of rest, but it is required if you want to build body mass.
