Bodybuilding and Steriods - Roid Gut the End of the Aesthetic Physique

Okay, this is the subject that really got my blood boiling. Bodybuilding is meant to be the perfect body creation ... right? This means that the chest, shoulders, legs, arms and back should be developed to their full potential while maintaining a muscular but small waist. Some body builders may have one genetically gifted part that has a tendency to be higher than others. The normal goal is to focus on lower bodyweight training while reducing training to more responsive body parts. This is done to get proportional muscle size. In achieving perfect physiology, the waist is intended to be smaller than the upper body and legs. The smaller the waist the more the muscles around it appear. The back will look like a cobra's head burn when attached to a small waist.

I remember the physiologists of the past, Arnold, Bob Birdsong, Franco Columbo, Bob Paris and Frank Zane reaching this dynamic view. Darin Lannaghan, Bill Davey and Stan McQuay have made this appearance in modern bodybuilding even though they may not be seen at the Arnold Classic Competition.

So what's changed?

In the mid-80s, Human Growth Hormone (HGH) and Insulin became a popular drug with professional bodybuilders. The net result, with the highest ranked competitors, is "Roid Gut". Now, we have a bodybuilder wearing a 40-46 "waist, I think, because no competitor dares to share their waist size. If they do, I bet they'll shave numbers down an inch or two, unfortunately, Roid Gut has a disgusting appearance that goes against the original intention of the sport. While Jay Cutler in his early years stood out for national prominence, his young body still had a small waist. Many of the top bodybuilders, Ronnie Coleman, Dorian Yates and Craig Titus, all presented the same phenomenon, and these participants only met the expectations of the judges to be cursed and encouraged by accepting this appearance as a "champion".

I wrote this article to discourage the use of these drugs. They suck at the life of the Sport, destroy the potential aesthetics of the body, and bring the body back to the era of the past. THIS SHOULD NOT!

HGH, "Big gut hormone?"

Well, what does HGH do to the body? In normal people, HGH is produced by the body and causes normal body growth process. The HGH drug was originally developed for children who exhibit difficult growth and are found to produce these hormones. Doctors will administer HGH in small quantities to stimulate normal growth patterns.

In some people, the production of HGH is so active (from birth) that it can also create people in terms of monsters. Andre the Giant has this condition. Robert Wadlow was another and he grew to be 7 & # 11; 11 ". He had many health problems and passed away at an early age.

If HGH is given to adults, muscle growth will begin again. HGH is very different from steroids. HGH causes the production of new cells. Steroids only cause the expansion of existing cells. New cell growth seems to be targeted only by the soft tissue and rarely to the skeletal system. Unfortunately, not only are the muscle cells multiplied but so are the internal muscles like the gut and the heart. In addition, organs such as the liver, kidneys and pancreas are also developing. When muscle growth and internal organs occur in a fixed chest cavity, there is only one direction for this extra mass to go in and out of the abdomen. Getting started with pictures?

Effects of Insulin Additives

Now what affects insulin in the body? Insulin is a super steroid that releases nutrients and sugars into the muscles. When combined with hard training, recovery is quick. Properly taken, it promotes better cell growth than other steroids. However, if you get insulin at the wrong time or dose, you can throw yourself into insulin and be shocked. Also long-term use can make you a diabetic, a life-limiting condition. When Insulin is combined with HGH, the muscles will make significant gains.

The disadvantage of insulin is that it is also active in creating fat storage in the body in case of starvation. These fat deposits are stored internally for the body and not for the external muscles. This is great for bodybuilding but not for this health. These fat deposits are known as visceral fat found around the internal organs of the liver, pancreas, heart and kidneys. This pair is extra weight with the growth of the internal muscles and organs and you have enough extra mass to create a truly prominent Roid Gut.

"Sidebar" story

Let me tell you a story that came to mind in the early 80's. The Belknap team, which later became a world-class bodybuilder, announced that she had diabetes. I have no reason to doubt him, but I am convinced now that Tim has discovered the secret of using insulin to maximize his bodybuilding potential. During that time, Tim was the most vascular bodybuilder on the scene. I noticed, too, that he had a semi-prominent waistband. At that time I felt sorry for Tim, who had diabetes but admired that he had reached a world class body under this condition. Now looking back, I'm sure Tim can apply insulin for his bodybuilding benefits.

You become a judge

I'm convinced that these "super heavy" competitors at 270 + lbs may actually weigh 240 or more if you release the mass out of their bravery. But again they can only weigh 220 if they lose the extra weight due to these two drugs. Let's go back to the aesthetic building a few years ago. I hope that even though the judges didn't award the little waitress a chance to win the trophy, you would agree that making Roid Gut is neither exciting nor healthy!
