Binaural Beat Definition

Binaural stroke is a form of brain wave entrainment created using computer programs, which intentionally reduces the frequency of brain waves and promotes synchronization of brain waves between the two brain hemispheres.

One frequency is played in one ear and a slightly different frequency is played in the other. Each ear is connected to the opposite part of the brain, and when each half hears something different, it compensates by creating a third, which does not really exist. Sounds exist only in your brain (you can't consciously hear them with your ears) and cause both hemispheres to have a single frequency. It takes about 8 to 10 minutes to initiate entry. Because binaural tension does not cause the thalamus, most of its effectiveness is in separation or resonance shifts, making knocking very effective in improving meditation, altering subconscious messages, and reducing pain.

Each shot is designed to create a certain frequency of brain waves and each shot has a direct effect on the mind and its function.

Fast facts

· A binaural beat is an auditory brain response derived from the superior olivary nucleus of each hemisphere.

· The resulting beat is a result of the interaction between the hemispheres.

· Knocks are rarely found in nature.

· They allow you to access the frequency that is commonly generated when you are unconscious, when you are aware.

· Binaural sounds are usually man-made and computer-generated.

· Beats are considered the best in the lower field.

· They can be easily heard at low frequencies <30 Hz.

· There are many research efforts that support changes in awareness related to binaural beats.

· The beating industry was started by Dr. Gerald Oster published an article in the 1973 edition of Scientific American called "Auditory Beats in the Brain". In the article, he concluded that you can change the frequency of the brain by introducing certain sounds.

· Less than 3 binaural pulses are introduced to the brain making them feel like they are moving backwards and forwards in your head. This perception of movement is a result of how the brain processes sound.

· Beats can be relaxed or stimulating, depending on the frequency of the beat stimulation.

· Has clinical application. Binaural sounds are used by coaches, doctors, psychologists, companies, and NASA, to name a few.

Brainwave Frequency and Association

· Gamma> 40 Hz: higher mental activity, anti-depressant, problem solving, full brain processing.

· Beta 13 - 40 Hz: alertness, focus, focus, anxiety, high levels of cognition.

· Alpha 7 - 13 Hz: relaxation, relaxation, light reflection, serotonin enhancement, meditation.

· Theta 4 - 7 Hz: REM, creativity, behavioral change, imagination, deep meditation, access to the subconscious.

· Delta <4 Hz: dream sleep, HGH release, non-physical state, loss of body awareness, access to subconscious and collective mind.

Biochemical Effects

· Increased levels of GABA that stabilize mood disorders, anxiety, tension, insomnia, and panic disorder.

Dramatic stimulation of DHEA hormones associated with improved memory, reduced depression, improved well-being, and improved immune system, helped in the long run.

· Launches Melatonin, a powerful antioxidant that puts your circadian rhythm to sleep.

· Increase Serotonin production that has profound effects on your mood and behavior, depression, obesity, insomnia, sleep apnea, migraine headaches, premenstrual syndrome, and fibromyalgia.

· Release endorphins which are natural killer of the body. Leaving happiness and "high runner."

· Increase levels of HGH, Human Growth Hormones, anti-aging agents that make you thinner and make your bones stronger.

· Causes excess Cortisol production, an anxiety causing hormones that damage your whole body.

Positive effect

· Helps you change your programming so you can approach life and problems in different ways.

· Improve mental and emotional health.

· Provides a sense of relaxation, serenity, and profound happiness.

· Improve visualization.

· Stimulate your creativity.

· Helps you release anxiety.

· Provides pain relief.

· Helps you sleep better.

· Helps with meditation.

· Improve memory and IQ.

· Help with addiction.

What Are the Final Effects?

· Effects usually last an hour after listening to individual sessions, but the state of consciousness achieved may last longer.

· If the session is heard over and over again, say once a day for a few months, new neural pathways develop in the brain, providing new "wiring", which will be a new default, helping you think and act in different ways.

Passively listening to the binaural rhythm may not allow you to experience a changing state of consciousness. Your subjective experience may be influenced by your willingness and ability to relax and focus.

Binaural sounds are an effective self-healing tool to help you access a state of consciousness that you will never have access to.

Since the beat is cheap to download as Mp3, you can easily bring them with you and listen whenever you want ... on the bus, train, airplane, after school, after work, before bed. not while driving on the road.

After hearing the binaural rhythm ... you just feel better.
