• 1lb Gluten Free Porridge Oat

• 1 teaspoon coconut milk
Method
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl with coconut milk and leave until all the liquid is absorbed by the oats. Spread the mixture evenly over the baking tray and toast in the preheated oven until lightly dry.
2. Serve with coconut milk when cooled.
