Do you appreciate the fact that there are now 10 trillion working for you - doing your best 24/7 to keep you alive and well? Have you recently taken the time to say thank you or did, like most, take them for granted?
We're talking, of course, about 10 trillion cells that experts estimate, like Dr. Oz, says to shape your body and your brain. Each of these cells is a free living organism with the consciousness and intelligence used to communicate and cooperate with other cells that shape your physical self. To prove this fact, let's look at two random liver cells.
If we take a living heart cell and place it on a slide in a saline solution, through a microscope we can see it gradually connecting and growing. Towards the end of this glass slide, we could then place other heart cells from different hosts, and we could see that the two cells "beat" at different rates. However, if we start to slowly move the cells closer together, we will see a point where the two cells begin to beat in parallel with each other, even though they still don't touch. This means that the heart cells have the ability to communicate and cooperate with each other. For this there may be cellular intelligence. Isn't that really amazing?
Can these two relaxing cells function together, pumping blood? No. What if they brought together some of their friends so there are now, say, 17 heart cells "beating" as one; can they now distribute blood? Of course not. If, however, 100 billion of them work together to form a heart, then they can; that is, with their innate intelligence, their excellent communication skills and their desire and ability to play a special and cooperative role, they can pump blood. Not so fast. Where will the blood go? Where will blood come from? For this purpose, the heart / heart cells need to be part of a complete circulatory system consisting of arteries, veins, capillaries ... to circulate blood. Then there is a small amount of tissue problems, organs and other systems needed to complete the organism - YOUR BODY!
Each of the 10 trillion (remember, that's 10 billion euros B cells) in which your body has the intelligence and ability and willingness to play a special role in keeping you speaking together. Together, by communicating with one another and working together in a complex set of infinite interactions, they allow you to live on this planet we call Earth. Isn't this wonderful inspiration? Isn't that something that you value?
Think about it. When was the last time you had to tell your heart to pump your blood or kidneys to play a filtering role? Do you have to persuade them or threaten them in order to work? Do they ask for time, call in sick or request more vacation time and then threaten to strike if they do not get it? Do intestinal cells complain about their working conditions in the body being damp, dark, and restless; do they ask for trade places with skin cells so they can enjoy the gentle breeze and warm sun and receive praise for their beauty? No!
Their well-being and your well-being are their priority, and when their lifespan (whether a day, a few weeks, 120 days) ends, they have their descendants doing their work to keep you alive and vibrant. Now dedicated!
And what do we do? Instead of planting praise in our cells, these dedicated servants, for a job well done (you are upright and upright for most of the day, no, and are able to make conscious choices - right?), We tend to look for one thing wrong with us and focus and complain about it. It may be fingernail fungus, heartburn, acne, boiling or a more serious chronic condition, but whatever it is, it gets most of the attention we give to our body. Is that right?
Here's the problem. When we complain and complain about something wrong (rightly or wrongly), this negative thinking / focus causes the adrenal glands to release cortisol into the bloodstream to address a specific threat (that the cells consider to be). This focus, if sustained for a long time, can lead to anxiety, shock, fear, depression, confusion - causing more cortisol and stress-related friends to be released into your system. These stress hormones (cortisol, et al) prepare your body to fight or flight, which may be excessive for canned cups.
The real problem is that since cortisol is associated with future dangers, threats to survival from tiger day and so on, it needs to be given priority in everyday functions, such as the release of HgH (human growth hormone), which works to repair and regenerate cells. Therefore, when there is cortisol in the system, Hgh is not released to grow new cells and repair cells damaged by free radicals and the general wear and tear of the aging cells remains in order. As a result, the aging of your body and brain cells accelerates - you get older and fall faster than you do.
The solution is here. Spend less time worrying about what kind of illness might attack you or solve your current illness and spend more time 95% or more of your excellent physical and mental self. When you wake up in the morning, go to bed at night and before every meal or snack, take some time to appreciate the appreciation for something you and / or your brain do well. Focus on one thing, such as your good vision, your ability to digest food, your immune system's ability to resist foreign invaders ... and to feel sincere appreciation. Or you can make a list of 5 or 10 things your body / brain has done well and spend a few moments enjoying the feeling of gratitude. This will help you transition from cortisol / self-directed into a healthier person as your pituitary guts the Hgh gang, who repair and replant cells so they can better serve you. Imagine 10 trillion trained professionals working 24/7 for your well-being. That's something valuable!
