Get Rid of Man Boobs! Home Workout Solution

First, I don't want to mislead you. There is no 'secret' training that will magically make your guys boobs go away. However, let's look at some strategies we can use that have a good chance of helping you get rid of men's breasts:

  • Increase testosterone with strength training focused on lifting HEAVY for low repetition

  • Increase the growth rate of human growth hormone (HGH) by doing some Interval Exercise Exercise (HIIT) weekly

  • Eating less (combined with more exercise) creates a calorie deficit - and gradually fats, week after week.

The importance of Testosterone

Although popular opinion shows that you can't 'lose fat', actual experience shows that hormone levels play a big role in how we accumulate fat.

Look at the differences between men and women. Women's high levels of estrogen make them accumulate fat in their breasts, hips, and buttocks. Men, on the other hand, tend to get fat in the stomach.

More specifically, bodybuilders who abuse steroids (essentially their body weight with synthetic testosterone) eventually cause the body to produce excess amounts of female estrogen. This leads to the accumulation of fat in the breast, also known as male breast or gynecomastia.

So, since injecting testosterone is obviously not the way to go, we need to maximize our testosterone levels, naturally.

Lifting weight within the 4-8 repetition range can help the body release more testosterone.

Increase Testosterone By Weight Lift, Compound

As far as the release of testosterone is concerned, there are no movements like squat and deadlift. Your body has to move a LOT of weight, and the muscle group is maximized from head to toe.

So ideally, you want to buy an Olympic weight set, get some proper training sessions (cross trainers are great for this kind of advice), and do 2-3 general strength exercises a week consisting of the following types of movements:

  • Deadlift or Squat

  • Horizontal Pushing (Dumbbell Bench Press, Dumbbell Incline Press, etc.) or Vertical Pressing (Press Dumbbell Bench Press)

  • Horizontal Stretch Movements (Dumbbell Lines, Weight Loss) / Vertical Stretch Movements (Heavy Pullups)

  • (To keep your body in balance, perform horizontal vertical movements on the same day as horizontal pull movements, press vertical on the same day with vertical pull)

OK, But What if I'm on a Budget?

Coaching - The right shape is important to prevent injury, but you can learn most of the things you need to know by checking out YouTube - there are some really good video games out there, for example.

Equipment - It's a bit difficult to beat the Olympic weight set. However, you can at least do deadlifts, which many agree is the ULTIMATE strength movement - especially for hormone activation. Check Craigslist for deals, this set can often go for around $ 100.

If that doesn't work for you, experiment with sandbag training. Get more old-fashioned duffel bags, buy some pebbles and throw them to the dufffel, and practice lifting them. You can do MUCH with this simple equipment, and it shouldn't cost more than $ 15 or more.

For a push-and-pull proposal, here are some great options - remember you can gain weight when you gain strength by throwing some peanuts into your backpack.

  • Horizontal Pressure Motion - (Lose Pushup - put your feet about 2 feet off the ground. For difficulty, try out the DIY hanger trainer (do a Google search for some great tutorials).

  • Vertical Pressing Motion - Handbags (once you've developed pushup power), overhead sandbags, push jackknife (check out YouTube for more information)

  • Interesting Motion - Body line on DIY suspension trainer (lift leg for more difficulty)

  • Vertical Attraction - Pullup (no pullup bar? Throw a rolling towel over the beam), Weighted Pullups (fastening some weight through your belt)

How to Get Rid of Human Breast - HIIT Exercises to Increase HGH and Burn Fat

HIIT consists of intense short-term training followed by short-term. One option is one minute of exercise, one minute of rest, repeatedly.

Here are some suggestions:

  • Fat Burning HIIT Jumprope Workout - After a few minutes of warm-up, one minute knee high turns with one minute slower, double leg hop. Continue for 10-15 minutes.

  • Burpees Interval- Burpees (doing a YouTube search for directions) is PHENOMENAL total bodybuilder. Replacing 60 seconds of burpees with 60 seconds makes it easy to jump the jack, for 10-15 minutes.

Eat some

There are many approaches to diet for fat loss, and some work well for some people and not for others. To begin with, I would like to suggest a simple idea:

Eat until you're no longer hungry, NOT until you're full!

Eating less, while increasing your activity with the exercises we only cover, will help you to gain muscle while gradually losing body fat, EXCEPT that excess male breast tissue.
