Eat These Specific Foods to Raise Your Metabolism and Help Burn Body Fat

Here is a list of specific foods that increase metabolism and help burn body fat.

Music Library Cayenne Pepper

The Oxford Polytechnic Institute estimates that chickpeas stimulate metabolism by about 20%. It not only stimulates the body's metabolism, but also cleanses the fat from the arteries. Cayenne pepper also adds a great zip to foods like spaghetti sauce and soups.

Salsa -

Salsa has been proven at the Oxford Institute to boost metabolism by about 15 to 20%. It's also the number 1 American right now. You can throw them in anything from roasted potatoes and eggs to nuts and even vegetables. It helps because it is a natural thermogenic food that improves your metabolism. Of course, the heat is better, but just choose what suits your taste.

Hot peppers -

Dr. Henry at Oxford University has shown that hot peppers are very effective in boosting metabolism by adding just 3 grams of chilli pepper to your diet containing 766 calories. Pepper leads to what Dr. Henry is a "thermo effect of diet". "It doesn't take much," he said, "but I'm careful that you have to listen to your taste."

Mustard Sauce - Mustard

British investigators added about 3/5 teaspoon of hot chilli sauce or regular mustard to eat, and the hot ingredients resulted in an average metabolism in 12 subjects shooting up to 25%! Subjects burn an additional 45 calories in the next 3 hours. Mustard and hot sauce like Tabasco, cause one person to burn 76 calories!

Ice water -

High intake of water will reduce fat storage and eliminate toxins. Just drink eight 16 oz. a glass of water throughout the day, cooled to 40 Fahrenheit, will burn 200 calories; it's the equivalent of walking 3 miles! Ice water burns more calories as your metabolism increases to heat water to body temperature. It is also very effective in reducing anxiety. If you are not a fan of water, we recommend you try it with clean, spring, or reverse osmosis water. If you're still unsure, add some juice to taste. Do not drink Ice Water with food as it dilutes digestive enzymes. Drinking warm water or herbal tea is a good option then.

Green Tea (Iced or Hot) -

Studies have shown that green tea contains both Cannatic Extract and Gymnemic Acid, reduces the absorption of sugar into the blood, and reduces the craving for candy. More importantly, green tea inhibits the action of amylase, the main digestive enzyme of carbohydrates and, therefore, moves faster through the digestive system, improves metabolism faster, and burns more calories. Green tea is eaten immediately before meals to help with digestion. Other benefits include links to cancer prevention and health benefits for people with diabetes.

Apple Cider Drinks -

Excellent fat burner, apple cider vinegar helps in reducing excess weight. Make a strong cocktail consisting of: 1 teaspoon of unpasturized ape vinegar in a glass of pure water. Take it twice a day. Organic ape vinegar has the best taste. Apple cider vinegar has received shining reports from both Patricia Bragg MD, Ph.D. and C. Scott. If a person who is overweight takes 1 teaspoon in a glass of water first in the morning and then at another meal, he or she will find that within 2 months his or her waist has been reduced by 1 inch. In 4 months, 2 inches and so on. Losing weight is obvious but it does not always reduce weight.

Vinegar treatment will allow excess fat to be lost gradually, whether it is a double chin or a love holder. It's best to take 2-3 weeks off, then go for a week, so your body doesn't become immune to it. Works great for the highlands! Do not use this beverage if you have Candidias.

* Thermogenic Chocolate - According to a group of Oxford researchers, hot spices can boost your metabolism by an additional 25%! Thermogenic cocktails, for example, cayenne pepper, will help your body not only burn calories, but also give you more energy. The best thermogenic drink is a glass of V-8 jet or tomato sprinkled with cayenne and tobassco. Stir in celery sticks. Your body will now affect calories.

Not all fat burning foods need to be hot. Vegetables (preferably raw) and most fruits also increase your metabolism. Okay, maybe you're not too keen on vegetables in the past, but a lot of them are delicious and some of them are sweet like candy. All vegetables are good, but the most effective way to remove the system is as follows:

Cabbage -

Red or green cabbage should be chopped, crushed or steamed. Start including cabbage in your diet as it is a long-term diet. Studies in the United States, Greece and Japan have shown that people who eat a lot of cabbages are less likely to have colon cancer, and also have a lower incidence of disease-related illnesses. Try coleslaw instead of green salad with your next meal.

Celery -

Celery takes more energy from the body to absorb and digest it than the calories it provides. Celery has long been used as a nerve tonic; it is a crunchy raw vegetable to chew on if you are stressed. Celery will calm your nerves, help drain fat out of your system, and make you sleep better. Try eating celery with a low fat yogurt dip.

Brussels sprouts -

If you're a fan of this mini cabbage, you're in luck. Dr. Wattenburg concluded that brussel sprouts are ultra-nutritious vegetables, very high in vitamin C and rich in protein compared to other vegetables. Dr. Wattenburg notes that healthy young people are given a diet rich in brussels sprouts and cabbage to improve their metabolic system function.

Broccoli and Cauliflower -

Both No. 1 broccoli and cauliflower are America's favorite vegetables, according to a poll by Epcot Center. Your bones will love them, as they are one of the few calcium-containing vegetables. Broccoli cups provide more than 150 mg of calcium. Broccoli and cauliflower are both excellent in fries or casseroles.

Lemon or Vinegar -

A small amount of vinegar or lemon juice (1 tbsp), due to its acidity has a strong slow-burning effect on the stomach, thus slowing the rate of starch digestion. Have a glass of water with lemon in the morning. This is the best way to keep your blood sugar balanced.

Vinaigrette Dressing -

Vinaigrette milk (1 cup spoon and 2 tablespoons of oil) with your salad can reduce blood sugar response to whole foods by up to 30 percent. The best vinegar for this is red or white wine vinegar. For another delicious low-cost salad dressing, please refer to my Fat Burning Recipe book.

Apple - Low glycemic foods, low in insulin-loaded pectin, apples make you feel fuller, longer. According to Dr. James Anderson, apples prevent hunger pangs by controlling the danger of changing or lowering your blood sugar level. Medium-sized apples provide only 81 calories and lower blood sugar and blood pressure. Due to its high fiber content, apples are also a healthy food.

Grapefruit -

Grapefruit is not a diet myth. It actually helps to break down high and high cholesterol, as proven at the University of Florida, by Dr. James Cerda. Grapefruits are loaded with more than 15 grams of pectin, which helps reduce your appetite by expanding your body and making you feel fuller, longer. It is rich in natural galacturonic acid, which increases the potential to fight fats and cholesterol. Try splashing cinnamon on your grapefruit to reduce the taste of tarts, or a little fructose if you have sweet tooth. For a unique taste, sprinkle some grapefruit with cinnamon and cook for a few minutes; it makes good appetizers to eat.

Berries -

Give is one of the best rate reduction foods. They have natural fructose to satisfy your craving for candy, but are high in fiber so you can absorb less calories than you eat. British researchers have found that the insoluble fiber content in most fruits and vegetables, reduces the absorption of calories from foods that are sufficient to promote weight loss, without obstructing your diet. Giving is also an excellent source of potassium for controlling your blood pressure. Enjoy the berries; They make great desserts when decorated with low-fat yogurt. In summer, drink fresh fruit juice with

protein powder, for light snacks ..

Due to its high glycemic index, fruits to eat only occasionally include:

Africa - Raisins - Watermelon - Papaya - Banana - Mango

In large quantities, these fruits drive your blood sugar to the sky, but they are good for mixing with salads or eaten with other foods, to help neutralize the glycemic effect.

On the other hand, the following foods actually slow down digestion and absorption for a more balanced blood sugar level. The fiber of these fruits also binds with some fat to prevent its absorption. High fiber foods are beneficial for speeding up intestinal transit and taking some pressure off the liver as a form of toxin, which allows the body to metabolize more efficiently.

Fat Fish -

Fighting fat with fat may sound paradoxical, but not all fats make people fat. Omega 3 fatty acids, found in salmon, mackerel, tuna and other fatty fish, can improve metabolic rate, cleanse excess body fluid and increase energy levels. Dr. Joel Krener, University of Florida, found that the EPA daily diet (available at health food stores) brings dramatic relief to inflammation and stiff joints from rheumatoid arthritis. Another essential fat for healthy metabolism is Omega 6 fatty acids, especially Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). Good sources are evening primrose oil, borage borage oil and black current oil. If you are not a fish lover, fish oil capsules and flax seeds (either in seeds or as oils) are a great source of Omega 3 fats. In fact, flaxseed can play a role in the prevention of heart disease and cancer. You can also use hemp oil as a salad dressing.

Soup -

Forget the salad before eating; instead of soup. A study by Dr. John Foreyt of Baylord Medical College, found that people who use a bowl of soup before lunch or dinner lose more weight than they don't. This is because soups are better organized than salads, as salads generally contain 75% water.

Oatmeal -

Oats drive cholesterol. 23 out of 25 studies prove that large oatmeal bowls do the work. Oatmeal is a great chain food molecule that expands the body and makes you feel fuller, longer. Oatmeal also releases glucose into the bloodstream, slowly but surely. Add the buckwheat to your bowl and you will get a double whammy.

Bread Pumpernickel -

Studies at Michigan State University show that some breads reduce appetite and others do. The reason for this study is that white and whole grain varieties are high in the glycemic index, and increase blood sugar levels, which in turn stimulates fat production in storage.

Thick bread, high fiber bread, just the opposite. Researchers found that subjects who ate dark fiber bread, were higher compared to those who ate white bread, were less hungry daily and

- lose five pounds in two months without doing anything different.

One key to choosing dark bread, such as pumpernickel, mixed cereals and some wheat, is that the more chewing the bread requires, the more density and fiber it contains. If the bread melts in your mouth, it is a high glycemic food.
