"Crazy Sexy Kitchen" Produces Plant Based Excitement

A few years ago, there were only a few vegan cookbooks. Today, there are dozens, and I recently discovered that there are 200 new vegan cookbooks on the go!

Great news, unless you decide on a cookbook to add to your library. Luckily for me, I didn't have to choose, as I received the Hardcopy version of Crazy Sexy Kitchen as a gift. With the subtitle "150 Vegetarian Recipes to ignite a confusing revolution" - and avoid the word "vegan" - Crazy Sexy Kitchen teaches us the many benefits of plant-based diets (for animals, the environment, and health) and states that any steps to the direction of the "passionate plant diet" and far from the American Standard Diet is positive.

While some people believe that providing a tajillating headline is a marketing gimmick, the approach of co-authors Kris Carr ("Crazy Sexy Cancer") and Chef Chad Sarno certainly appeals to anyone seeking greater fitness and fitness.

What I love about CSK is that it places great emphasis on healing recipes using fresh local vegetables, and presents a variety of cooking and cooking techniques, from basic to advanced.
