Fight Obesity With Growth Hormone - How?

We just passed our holiday season, and vacations are often viewed as a time for weight loss. Finally, weight gain can lead to obesity. Today, the problem of obesity is so alarming that several million USD is spent on research in the best way people can avoid with minimal effort. Recently, First Lady Michelle Obama at The White House is preparing a campaign to end the epidemic of obesity and improve health in the country. She is deeply concerned about the problem as more than 1 billion adults are overweight - and at least 300 million of them are clinically obese. Now, you may be wondering: what can cause obesity? Well, one of the main causes of obesity is a hormone called cortisol.

Cortisol is a hormone, which is produced by the adrenal glands when the body is under stress. Cortisol is released as part of your daily hormone cycle, but it can also be released in response to stress that is considered part of the fight or body response that is important for survival. Cortisol helps your body more efficiently produce glucose from protein, and is designed to help you increase your energy levels during stress. But stress - both physical and emotional - can lead us to a constant state of excessive cortisol production. Excess cortisol stimulates glucose production. Excess glucose is usually converted into fat, ending up as fat stored in your body.

But wait. You don't have to worry, because we have HGH in our body. Some scientists call this hormone a fountain of youth, making it one of the most effective compounds in our body that can control both fat loss and muscle gain. This means that our growth hormone is very powerful in reducing the effects of cortisol and can also help you burn belly fat. Now the question is, how can we produce more growth hormones in our system?

You may have heard (maybe in some TV medical programs) that good night sleep is one of the best ways to reduce our cortisol levels. How is it? You see, when you sleep at night, you give your body an opportunity to produce more growth hormones. If you sleep more than 6 hours at night you will have a better chance of eliminating the side effects of your hormone Cortisol. But if you sleep less than 6 hours a day, it will be difficult for you to fight Cortisol. Got it? But there's a bit of a problem ....

You see, as we get older, our sleep needs decrease. Recently, according to a study conducted by the Sleep Journal and published by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Sleep Research Society, the time spent in eight hours of sleep by older adults continues to decline with age. Older adults often wake up and spend more time awake than younger adults. Sleep is the most important form of sleep to restore energy, reducing the duration of your age, the study says. And this may be a problem because as I mentioned earlier, sleep can help your body produce more GH, and if you don't sleep, you will still have high cortisol levels and your obesity problem will not be solved. So, what are we going to do now? Is there a solution for this? Of course there are.
